Mixi – One of the Most Influential Members of the Vietnamese Gaming Streamer Community

Since 2019, this streamer has established December as the “charity month,” using all the donations received to give gifts to the needy. In previous seasons, fans have demonstrated their unwavering support, donating 100 million VND to “build a better future” alongside Mixi during various charity events. As the charity project for 2024 has commenced, Mixi’s team was thrilled when a fan sent a donation of up to 200 million VND – a remarkable amount that had never been seen before. This fan sent two donations with the same wording, leading the streamer to believe it was a mistake. However, this fan later donated an additional 2 million VND along with a message clarifying there was no mistake, only that he wanted to donate 100 million VND each time.

Mixi’s real name is Phùng Thanh Độ, born in 1989 in Cao Bằng. He is well-known and admired by many, affectionately referred to as “the streamer” by the “Mixigaming family.” It is worth noting that Mixi’s primary source of income mainly comes from YouTube, along with viewer donations. According to the statistics site Social Blade, his YouTube channel can earn between 9.9 – 158.2 thousand USD per month (equivalent to approximately 232 million – 3.7 billion VND). However, Mixi has not confirmed his exact income. During his live streams, he casually mentions that his income is only about 7-8 million VND/month.
