Faker’s Intense Training Regimen Leaves Everyone Astonished
To maintain a high performance level, even at a young age, it is often perceived as a “professional obsession.” Of course, Faker has to train a lot. Recently, the members of Faker’s VALORANT team shared his training schedule, which has left many people surprised.
According to the members of T1 VALORANT, Faker trains for up to 14 hours each day. This includes 6 hours of scrimmages with the team. The remaining time is devoted to personal practice. “I thought training around 10 hours a day was already a lot, but he trains for up to 14 hours each day,” shared Xccurate, a member of T1 VALORANT.
It’s worth mentioning that if 14 hours a day is dedicated to League of Legends, Faker is left with around 10 hours for eating (three meals) and resting. However, even when doing everything in the shortest time possible, Faker’s rest time and his hand’s dexterity remain remarkably impressive.
Intense Training Could Be Why Faker’s Injuries Are Hard to Heal
With his hands having undergone serious injuries after a long period of professional competition, Faker has little time to rest and recover. This can be seen as a significant factor contributing to his hands not being able to fully recover like an average person’s. However, it can be felt that despite this, Faker is still capable of competing, indicating that these rigorous training schedules are still manageable.
Regardless of how it seems, at this current stage, Faker has achieved numerous glories and maintained a remarkable level of performance, which is the pinnacle that any League of Legends team could aspire to. Moreover, Faker also needs to be cautious about his training schedule, especially when fans do not want his injuries to add extra pressure during crucial stages of the season.
