MC Phuong Thao Decides to Cosplay Krixi
Despite the disappointing results of the Vietnamese team at the AIC 2024 tournament, the semifinals held yesterday, December 28, were still buzzing with excitement. Many Vietnamese fans came to support and cheer for the national team of Lien Quan. Amidst the lively atmosphere, MC Phuong Thao made a bold decision to “cosplay” Krixi to lead the program.
The female MC shared about her experience with cosplay: “In my five years working in Esports, this is the first time I’ve cosplayed as Natalya. I plan to create a memorable moment by cosplaying Krixi, as this is my first time trying this character. I genuinely feel that I have transformed into her, even though I was initially very anxious about it.”
This was my first time deciding to cosplay on stage – to draw inspiration from the character I was portraying, especially since Krixi is one of the highest-ranked skins. Even though many people warned me, saying ‘there’s no Krixi here… it doesn’t fit,’ I was still incredibly happy after a month of preparation.

Since its launch on the first day of Lien Quan Mobile, Krixi has been a favorite choice among many players. She can deal extensive magical damage and has the ability to unleash devastating skills, making her a formidable opponent in the game.
Krixi’s design is considered quite captivating, with beautiful outfits that have inspired many cosplayers to perform impressive cosplay acts. However, Phuong Thao is the first MC to bring this character to the stage during a live event.
Known for her creativity, MC Phuong Thao never hesitates to reinvent herself, especially during significant events. This cosplay performance left many male fans mesmerized and in awe.
