The Arc Elbaf in One Piece is the second arc of the Final Saga. A new adventure is about to begin, but dangers loom over the territory of the giants.
In the previous chapter, we saw the poignant reunion between Robin and Saul after 22 years. Robin only learned during the Egghead arc that Saul was still alive. Saul used a small device to recreate the first encounter of the two. The Straw Hat crew was deeply moved by this moment, while Luffy felt delighted for his friend.
However, their journey is just beginning, as Chapter 1134 confirms the appearance of a mysterious character.
One Piece Chapter 1134 Reveals Key Plot Points
In One Piece Chapter 1134, Luffy expresses gratitude to Saul for helping Robin 22 years ago.
Saul is not only a valuable member of the Straw Hat crew but also a close friend of Luffy. Therefore, Luffy’s heartfelt acknowledgment during this emotional moment is significant.
After that, Lilith introduces Saul to Vegapunk (Stella) and mentions an important task they need to accomplish in Elbaf. Lilith had Jinbe extract a “Sval” from one of the boxes containing a Vega-related capsule that she had brought from Egghead. This capsule contains the complete clone of Vegapunk, who had also visited Elbaf 20 years ago. Lilith wants to build a new laboratory in Elbaf to revive Vegapunk using this clone and to treat Kuma.
The Elbaf territory has a unique library, where ancient books are magnified so that giants can read them. This library contains everything that Ohara had documented 22 years ago. Saul’s group has worked hard to bring back these ancient texts and preserve them in the unique library.
This chapter also features a scene in the Enlightenment Hall, where Loki is being detained. He is currently talking to a mysterious person named “Mosa.” We also get a glimpse of the “Heaven World,” the highest branch of Elbaf, located in a grand tower.
However, as the chapter concludes, a lightning bolt strikes the grand tower of the palace, and a magical circle appears in the throne room. Two individuals dressed in dark robes emerge from within. One of them resembles Shanks, the person who spoke with Monkey D. Luffy in Chapter 907. This magical circle seems to be similar to the one that Monkey D. Luffy used to reach Egghead, leading us to suspect that those who appear are heading to Mariejois.
Lastly, there’s a mention from the group: “There is a great disturbance!!”
This chapter also hints at the possibility of a hidden connection regarding Shanks’ twin brother, which could be a major revelation.
