Tournament Highlights at KeSPA Cup 2024: LazyFeel Faces the “Monsters” of Riot
On November 30, the KeSPA Cup 2024 officially commenced with exciting matches featuring teams in Group A. Notably, the talented Vietnamese player LazyFeel also participated in this tournament under the DRX banner.
In the opening match against FOX, LazyFeel, playing as Ashe, showcased brilliant performance in team fights, helping his team secure a convincing victory.
However, the second match of DRX was not as smooth. Despite a strong start, the lack of balance in skills from Aurora – Ambessa allowed KT to gain a significant advantage in team fights. The Vietnamese representative also faced tough challenges.
By the end of the first day of matches, LazyFeel’s DRX had a record of 1 win – 1 loss, placing them in the middle of the standings. Meanwhile, teams like KT, BRO, and FOX all showed a strong performance with 2 wins – 1 loss, while KDF struggled significantly, losing all 3 matches on the first day and sitting at the bottom of the rankings.
Vietnam’s Representative to Face T1 and Gen.G on Day 2 of KeSPA Cup 2024
After LazyFeel’s impressive performance, fans are eagerly anticipating the appearance of Vietnam’s representative in Group B at the VCS. However, the VCS All-Stars team at KeSPA Cup 2024 will have to face both T1 and Gen.G.
Although T1 only brings two champions from the roster, Oner and Gumayusi, the experience difference of this team is still quite significant.
Meanwhile, Gen.G also brings a strong lineup with 4 out of 5 main players including superstars like Kiin, Canyon, Chovy, and newcomer Duro. Therefore, it will be a tough challenge for the Vietnamese representative to face T1 and Gen.G on the opening day. Despite encountering strong opponents, fans hope that the Vietnamese representative will perform their best and deliver memorable performances for viewers to follow the tournament.
