Keria Reveals His Skin Choice for the 2024 World Championship
Currently, the selection of skins for the T1 team and Riot is a hot topic as they prepare for the 2024 World Championship. However, the T1 squad has also been contemplating this decision, and fans are eagerly interested in which skins will be chosen to commemorate the team’s historic achievements. Recently, Keria shared his thoughts on his skin selection.
Interestingly, Keria mentioned that he strongly favors the champion Renata, who has played a significant role in T1’s success during the World Championship. Initially, Renata was Keria’s top pick after Lux, but he later switched to Bard in the final moments. Keria stated: “Anyone can choose Renata; there’s nothing too special about it. As for Pyke, I used to think, ‘If not now, then when?'”
Thus, Renata – one of Keria’s champions at the 2023 World Championship – has been “dropped” from the roster for the upcoming 2024 World Championship skins.
Two T1 Players Have Revealed Their 2024 World Championship Skin Choices
As of now, Keria and Oner are the first two T1 members to hint at the skins they will use for the 2024 World Championship. Besides Zeus, who has already announced his skin choice, both Faker and Gumayusi have yet to clarify their selections. The two superstars have not appeared on any streams or other media outlets to give fans a glimpse of their choices.
In terms of champions, besides Pyke and Renata, Keria has numerous other champions eligible for skins, notably Rakan and Neeko. Furthermore, if Rakan is selected, Keria could suggest to Gumayusi to pair it with Xayah’s skin. These are also champions that have a high synergy rate for these two superstars at the recent 2024 World Championship (Keria’s Rakan has a 50% synergy, while Gumayusi’s Xayah has a 75% synergy).
Moreover, from now until the official release of the skins, it may take a while, and Keria might make some surprising “plot twists” just like he did this year, keeping fans on their toes.
