Doran Expresses Disappointment Over T1’s Historical Achievements
As a member of a top-tier team in the world of League of Legends, Doran has participated in numerous international tournaments throughout his career. However, he has never made it to the finals of either an MSI or World Championship (CKTG). Recently, during a stream, Doran shared his thoughts regarding the recent success of T1 in their quest for the CKTG title after the recent CKTG 2024.
Doran mentioned, “I usually do not watch the finals of the World Championship because I am always nervous. You can imagine how it feels. But this year, I watched the finals of the CKTG 2024, and I realized that (T1) was truly different. I thought to myself, ‘Will they finally achieve the championship?’ But then I realized, I was already a member of T1.”
Doran expressed some surprise at T1’s ability to achieve such significant milestones recently. He acknowledged that there is pressure but emphasized, “We will strive to bring back the best results for the team.”
Doran’s playstyle often showcases his adaptability in any situation, allowing him to demonstrate his skills effectively. Notably, throughout 2024, Doran has frequently “outperformed” his fellow teammate Zeus.
Interestingly, Doran is one of the rare top laners who can successfully utilize Twisted Fate in the top lane, boasting a 100% win rate after four matches. In match three during the LCK Summer playoffs against T1, Doran even achieved a flawless KDA of 7/0/14.
Doran’s personal skill set does not solely rely on the team’s resources. As a result, T1 can effectively rotate their strategies to fit different opponents. Currently, Doran remains a key player in the LCK, and his achievements are sure to continue making a significant impact.
