Is the CEO of Esports E’s behavior inappropriate?

N.Q.H (H), born in 1997 in Nghe An, is a caster and the founder-turned-CEO of company E. He is known for his strong personality. Below are the behaviors under scrutiny: HARASSMENT and ABUSIVE CONDUCT.

Moreover, the account continues to share a compilation link that includes evidence of all “hard to accept” actions: consistent breaches of the established rules, and the abuse of H throughout this time.
In the comments, people expressed concern, suggesting that the girlfriend should remain silent for safety reasons. However, there are also individuals who are genuinely puzzled about why they have separated after living together, leading to undesirable situations.
The CEO of Esports E states: “I don’t care at all”
In a conversation with N.Q.H, he expressed feeling normal and indifferent as his girlfriend was loudly “screaming”. He even stated that he did not care because the issue had been going on for a long time: “Since that event happened, she still lived with me, we still meet, live and work normally. Naturally, this must be impacting her in some way. Or maybe it’s just because I have a new girlfriend. I guess so. Just that, I tend to stay at home for a few months.”
Regarding their shared living situation despite having separated, H explained: “If moving out, it means she is losing something, adding household expenses, then it will be much more expensive. Whenever it is appropriate, we will move out. I think it’s better to live simply… She likes to create new drama, but I don’t want to care about that anymore.”
As for the accusations of abusive behavior, H firmly stated that he had requested permission to approach the girlfriend and had received her consent.
The girlfriend’s response introduces contradictory information
In connection with L.T.T, the girl expressed her feelings about the new information shared by her ex-boyfriend. She mentioned that she felt hurt because Q.H spent 6 million dong but did not have the ability to return it all at once. Here, when ready to move to a “shared house”, she said: “I want to let everyone know how H treats me… I also don’t want H’s new girlfriend to be the next victim of this situation.”
T.T firmly stated that the breakup was due to a lack of love, not a mutual agreement as the boy claimed. Because of that, the actions that were too close, which the boyfriend considered as normal, could be seen by her as pressure and unacceptable.
As of now, the CEO of company E still finds it hard to understand the “exposure” actions of his girlfriend, while the girl seems to be emotionally affected by the past experiences.
