Naruto managed to defeat Isshiki, but he also lost Kurama and suffered a significant power reduction. This is one of the reasons Kawaki decided to seal Naruto. Ultimately, Naruto will return, and when he does, he will need a new strength to face the significant battles that lie ahead in the future.
