Recently, Paramount Pictures released the first trailer for the blockbuster Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning, the 8th film in the successful franchise Mission: Impossible. This is believed to be the final project of this series, although previously, actor Tom Cruise had expressed his desire to fully dedicate himself to Mission: Impossible even when he is 80 or 100 years old.
The official first trailer of Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning – Video: Paramount Pictures.
The latest film in the Mission: Impossible series, Dead Reckoning, shows that the battle between Ethan Hunt and Gabriel and the Entity is not yet over, and Ethan himself is also considering seeking out the Sevestapol submarine to save the world. The trailer above does not reveal too much about the plot of the 8th installment, but it does indicate the level of danger of the missions that Ethan is about to undergo.
The “specialty” of the Mission: Impossible series is also clearly shown in this trailer, which is the extremely daring action scenes, most of which are performed by Tom Cruise himself. Briefly, we can see that Ethan Hunt will have to engage in fierce air battles, risk escaping from an explosion in a basement, and even explore the submarine that appeared in Dead Reckoning.
Tom Cruise will continue to play the role of Ethan Hunt in the upcoming Mission: Impossible project. Additionally, the film will feature names such as Ving Rhames, Henry Czerny, Simon Pegg, Vanessa Kirby, Esai Morales, Hayley Atwell, Shea Whigham, and Pom Klementieff.
Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning is expected to hit theaters on May 23, 2025.
