One Piece is currently in its Final Saga, bringing thrilling and continuous moments to fans. With the Egghead Arc now concluded, the Red-Haired Pirates are ready to embark on a new adventure in Elbaf, the land of Giants.
Highly Anticipated Elbaf Arc Begins with the Encounter of the Characters
The story has been building up to this moment for a long time, but the appearance and face of the character was only revealed in Chapter 1130.
Loki’s power is quite notable, and his identity as the God of Giants has been established. Although the story has not yet fully revealed much about him, there are hints suggesting that he might be one of the key figures in the climax of this arc.
Loki Introduced in One Piece as the Fiancé of Lola
Lola is the daughter of Big Mom and twin sister of Chiffon. Loki, the Giant Prince, fell in love with Lola at first sight and wanted to marry her. Big Mom gladly agreed to this marriage proposal to “fix” her relationship with the Giants.
However, Lola rejected this marriage and hopes to find true love. Interestingly, Loki seems to not love Lola based on her appearance, as he is actually set to marry Chiffon, who looks remarkably like Lola.
Loki is Known as the Giant Prince of Elbaf
Despite being the Prince of the kingdom, Loki is known for his title “Prince of the Fallen Giants” and “The Troublemaker of Elbaf.” Loki was born 63 years ago and has a notorious reputation, unlike his brother Hajrudin, who is the Giant introduced in the Dressrosa Saga.
Currently, he is the captain of the New Giant Pirates and an ally of Luffy in the upcoming Red-Haired Pirates Arc. Loki has faced many hardships and has had to deal with his father to retrieve the mythical Giant fruit, even to the extent of being entangled in a dark plot.
Great Power of Loki
Loki is one of the strongest warriors in Elbaf. His power knows no bounds, and it only increases after he consumes the mythical Giant fruit. This fruit has been passed down through the royal family for generations.
However, the full extent of the power of this mythical fruit remains unknown. Loki had been dormant for many years and had to rely on all the warriors of Elbaf to defend him.
One Piece Chapter 1131 Reveals His Bounty
According to the revealed details, the World Government has set a specific bounty of 2.6 billion berries for Loki. However, this bounty has been published many years ago, before he consumed the mythical Giant fruit and was imprisoned. This explains why his current strength has a much higher value.
Loki’s Relationship with Shanks
Before being imprisoned, Loki had a confrontation with Shanks. The manga revealed that Elbaf is one of Shanks’ territories, so it could explain why he frequently visits this island. However, for unknown reasons, Shanks used his haki to suppress Loki and caused him to become disoriented.
Loki’s affiliation reminds Luffy of this moment, and Luffy expresses his thoughts about it. Loki notices how Luffy speaks of Shanks and understands that the two are quite close. Therefore, the prince challenges Luffy and succeeds in making a name for himself in the Red-Haired Pirates community.
When Luffy asks how Loki knows Shanks, Loki hesitates to reveal unless Luffy helps him escape. It remains unclear whether Luffy intends to do so.
