Courtney Burgess is currently holding onto several explicit clips involving Diddy. He is connected to the ongoing case regarding Kim Porter — the late rapper’s former girlfriend. According to Page Six, on a recent episode of the Banfield show on NewsNation, Courtney Burgess revealed that Kim Porter had handed over 11 USB drives containing explicit footage featuring Diddy.
Inside the USB drives are intimate clips of Diddy and eight A-list celebrities (including six men and two women) at parties organized by him. Among the eight stars, there are reportedly 2-3 individuals who were underage at the time the videos were recorded. Courtney Burgess claims that all the A-list stars featured in Diddy’s explicit clips were not in a sober state, suggesting they were under the influence of drugs. He asserts that these A-list celebrities are victims of Diddy’s predatory behavior, and they were not simply “in the same boat” as the rapper during these events.
Currently, Courtney Burgess’s statement has caused a stir in the media. Prior to the recent report, Diddy’s legal team had not publicly commented. On November 1, Courtney Burgess and lawyer Ariel Mitchell were interviewed by federal investigators in New York (M) to provide testimony. At the court, federal agents requested the submission of all evidence, including the USB drives, correspondence, and any equipment used to store the explicit videos or any files containing sensitive images of Diddy and related celebrities.
Additionally, Courtney Burgess stated that he possesses the unedited versions of the explicit footage recorded by Kim Porter, Diddy’s former girlfriend, before she passed away in 2018. In the meantime, Courtney Burgess and his attorney will attend another hearing to determine if any evidence should be submitted to federal authorities.
Since early October, Diddy’s explicit clips and many celebrities have been leaked and sold everywhere after he was caught in a scandal. Specifically, on October 3, an explicit clip involving a male A-list celebrity with Diddy was leaked. The incident has caused the male celebrity to “panic and collapse.” The celebrity is reportedly working with the individual holding the explicit clip to retrieve it, while trying to prevent any further leaks online or sales to others for malicious purposes.
“The situation is creating a horrific moment for this male celebrity and causing him to collapse. He has been a victim for many years and is now being re-victimized again. He has no knowledge of the existence of the clip, does not know when it was filmed, and how it was leaked. If the footage becomes public, it will destroy his career. Sensitive images will persist on the Internet forever, and the gossip will follow him for life. His current condition is quite tragic,” a source close to the male celebrity told The New York Post.
As of October 6, three explicit clips related to Diddy and three different A-list celebrities in Hollywood have been distributed. Additionally, one celebrity among those featured is still holding explicit footage involving another individual. Diddy did not appear in the specific video mentioned above, but the location of the recording was at a private venue hosted by the rapper.
“There are many explicit clips of Diddy and various celebrities circulating, being sold everywhere. The individual holding them claims to have a collection of explicit videos involving Diddy and other Hollywood celebrities. I have seen a few clips that have been leaked. And I can confirm that the three celebrities appearing in the explicit clips are aware of their involvement,” attorney Ariel Mitchell-Kidd stated.
Previously, Gene Deal (Diddy’s former bodyguard) also mentioned that the rapper kept explicit clips of many celebrities and powerful individuals. These videos were recorded after these individuals attended parties hosted by Diddy from 1998 to 2009. Hence, if any explicit videos involving high-profile stars are leaked, it would cause significant disruption in the media.
Meanwhile, the book Kim’s Lost Words: A Journey For Justice, From The Other Side… was published in September, a week before Diddy was arrested and charged with sexual assault. This 58-page book contains details of sexual misconduct, coercive behavior, and other allegations against Diddy. It is believed that the book is based on the diary and writings of Kim Porter — the individual who had a “temporary relationship” with Diddy for over a decade — written shortly before she passed away in 2018.
However, Kim Porter’s children including Quincy, Christian, Jessie, and D’Lila are aware of this information. They are currently pursuing a case against the contents of the book. Shortly after that, the lawsuit was launched to prevent online sales.
